Membership Terms

Membership begins with the first $159 payment and includes three monthly payments totaling $477.
Monthly treatment benefits must be used within that membership month and do not roll over.
Membership benefits are non-transferable.
Upgrade pricing replaces the included monthly treatment benefit for that month.
The 10% member discount applies only to additional eligible services purchased beyond the included monthly treatment or selected upgrade. It does not apply to upgrade pricing and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Appointments are subject to availability and Melt Body Contouring’s standard cancellation and rescheduling policy.
